I haven’t really been following it too well, honestly.
Well, before Christmas, I was running 30 minutes a day on the treadmill with intervals of running and walking fast. Since after Christmas, it kind of lessened and lessened. I started to Denise Austin instead, but now i’m gaining instead of losing. Before Christmas I weight 137lbs, and now I weight 147 currently. How could i gain 10 lbs in a month? I usually overeat on the weekends. I don’t know how to stop that. I am 5′3". I used to be 200lbs. I was kinda doing a low carb diet before Christmas, but not really. I have currently quit using artificial sweetners b/c they’re bad for you. I just don’t know what to do anymore. Should i go back to running and continiue weight watchers? Or should I go back to low carb and running? I like weight watchers better b/c you have more of a variety, but I’m not consistent with my diet. How do you be consistent. So can anyone help me? I want to get to 130lbs before fall. Also, at dinner time I seem to always eat until my stomach is overfull. I have been drinking green tea, but that seems to be making it worse!
